For those who grew up in the 90’s, such as myself, the trend of layering any type of shirt under a strappy dress brings back so many pleasant memories.
The fact that this trend has been back in the forefront of the fashion world since this past summer has basically meant that I got to relive the enjoyable part of my high school days all over again, without having to think twice about the parts that I may have enjoyed less.
All it took was for me to dig up my old Dynamite Clothing off white turtleneck, throw on a short Zara dress and a pair of thigh high lace up leather boots I got from Winners and voila!
I was ready to dance through the streets in below freezing weather without tights or a coat. (sorry mom… I can feel the lecture coming on how I could get sick like this)
Seeing as this was the first beautifully sunny day that Montreal had seen in a long time, I chose to take advantage of the weather by putting on my Aldo sunnies and stepping out for as long as the sun can be enjoyed.
