I LOVE dressing up.
Regardless of the occasion, I will find a way to make an outfit work.
Now, seeing as I spend most of my life in work appropriate clothing, when it’s time to look for an outfit for going out, I get even giddier! I get to wear the pieces that I have in my closet that are a little more risqué and a lot less work appropriate!
Last night’s outfit, was the perfect example…
Although spring calls for brighter colors, I still opted to stick with my darker hues for dinner and drinks with friends.
I paired my Dynamite Clothing slashed Kate skinny jeans with black Zara suede booties and a see through green lace top, that was also from Zara. 
Seeing as it still is pretty chilly in Montreal, I threw on my faux leather jacket from Dynamite Clothing to keep me warm, and kept my weekday purse (along with my mini Karl Lagerfeld) to tone the whole look down a notch. 
As the restaurant is pretty casual, I got to be comfortable yet chic, and felt pretty good about it. My opinion has always been that the outfit sets the tone of the night, and I could easily say that last night was no exception.
